Report cards

Found my old report cards! While I wouldn't go into the inner pages and share the horrifying comments from my teachers, it's kind of interesting to see the things one can find in a report card.. The red one is from my primary school, Chong Shan Primary, which has long merged with Townsville Primary in 2001. All that's left of it now is the deserted campus. Funny how it hasn't been torn down despite not being occupied for so many years. Anyway, I must have been using an older version of the report card, since my sisters and I all went to the same schools.. There's actually still P8M on the card though I don't remember any in my time in the school, makes me wonder how that system worked.. Also, at the very end there's a short description of the school's crest and motto. I loved the school's crest, both for its meaning and design. The plant literally looks like the character 善 in our school name! ; ) I also made a new discovery on the school motto as I never knew that it's meaning goes back so far. ; )
