Woodlands Regional Library

Description

Woodlands Regional Library was officially opened on 28 April 2001 by Dr Tony Tan, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Defence and MP, Sembawang GRC.

Occupying four storeys and part of a basement over a floor space of 11,100 square meters in the Woodlands Civic Centre, it is a one-stop information and reference centre for the northern sector of Singapore.

Unique Features


  • Silver Infocomm Junction (SIJ)
    A collaboration between the National Library Board and the Infocomm Media Development Authority, the SIJ offers adults aged 50 and above an enriching space for affordable infocomm training and customized curriculum.

Storytelling Times:
Fridays, 7.30 pm – 8.00 pm (7 – 10 yrs)
Saturdays, 3.00 pm – 3.30 pm (4 - 6 yrs)
Every 2nd & 4th Sunday, 2.30 pm – 3.00 pm (4 - 8 yrs)
Every 1st Saturday, 4.00 pm – 4.30 pm (4 - 8 yrs) (Mandarin)
