In celebration of SG60, a series of immersive showcases will be organised from 26 August to 31 December 2025 at Orchard Library and Orchardgateway!

As part of your involvement, this is a training session for this event. The session will be conducted online via Zoom, and volunteers who have successfully signed up will receive the Zoom link via a confirmation email.

Get involved by:

We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to be part of this interactive experience!

Duties include:

Guiding and facilitating hands-on experiences with various digital installations
Ensuring smooth visitor flow through crowd and queue management
Gathering valuable visitor feedback through surveys
Providing basic technology assistance/troubleshooting
Supporting visitors with accessibility needs
Assisting with sample people counting

Note: Roles may be rotated based on operational requirements to keep the experience dynamic and engaging.

Flexible Volunteer Shifts (4-hour blocks):

Morning: 9am - 1pm
Afternoon: 1pm - 5pm
Evening: 5pm - 9pm

Commitment from you:

Training is recommended for all volunteers.
We encourage a minimum of 3 shifts throughout the showcase period.

Other requirements:

Age 16 and above
Passion for public interaction
Basic tech-savviness
Good organisational abilities
Strong team spirit
Ability to converse in vernacular languages and dialects (preferred)
Comfortable with standing for extended periods
