We are looking for volunteers who are users of the NLB mobile app and know how to sign up for myLibrary username. You will also need to know how to connect to Wireless@SGx (the free public Wi-Fi service). If you are also a current frequent user of the Multimedia Stations, that would be a plus.
Get involved by:
- Provide basic user education on using NLB’s services, such as book borrowing stations and the NLB Mobile App
- Helping patrons to sign up for a myLibrary username, connect to Wireless@SGx (the free public Wi-Fi service), and navigate the Multimedia Stations.
- Assist with directional enquiries
Commitment from you:
Please be on time for your selected timeslot, and stay for the duration of the timeslot.
Other requirements:
1. Able to communicate effectively
2. Basic knowledge in computer and digital applications, including the NLB Mobile app
3. Comfortable to engage with a variety of visitor profiles, e.g. adults, seniors and children
