The gamification kiosks at Central Public Library feature popular children’s reading initiative, Book Bugs. Children can colour a Book Bug avatar and project into an underwater scene. Patrons can also access KidSpot: Book Bugs in NLB Mobile app, a gallery for patrons to personalise their redeemed Book Bugs digital avatars and keep them as a unique digital collection. Patrons will also be able to share their personalised Book Bugs digital avatars on the projection wall when they are in the Children’s Biodiversity Library by S.E.A. Aquarium at Central Public Library

Get involved by:

Volunteer will collect patron feedback on the children's gamification kiosk and KidsSpot: Book Bugs on NLB Mobile app by:

Directing patrons to FormSG to share their experiences.
Assisting patrons to complete the feedback form.
Aiming to gather responses from a minimum of 30 patrons during the specified period.

Friendly and outgoing
Actively engage patrons to complete their feedback
Please be on time for your selected timeslot and stay for the duration of the timeslot.

Other requirements:

Volunteers must be comfortable to interact with parents and children
Volunteers must be familiar with NLB Mobile app
Volunteers attire: Tshirt/ Polo tee/ blouse, jeans or pants, covered shoes.
