[Read! Fest 2017] Big Read Meet ASEAN Special

Join us for this special ASEAN edition of the Big Read Meet with The Straits Times senior writer Cheong Suk Wai. The guest speaker will be Ms Hoang Thi Ha, a fellow at ISEAS-YSI and its lead researcher on political security in Asean.

About Ms Hoang Thi Ha

Ms Hoang Thi Ha is a Fellow and her research interests focus on political and security issues in ASEAN, ASEAN’s external relations and its institutional building. Ms. Ha joined the ASEAN Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Viet Nam in 2004. She then moved on to work at the ASEAN Secretariat for nine years with her last post being Assistant Director, Head of the Political Cooperation Division. Ms. Ha holds an MA in International Relations from the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
