About the speaker
Ganesh Kumar is the founder and chairman of the Woodlands Botanical Garden (WBG) that focuses on biodiversity and mental wellness. What started as a passion project has grown into a beautiful community space in which both nature and the community thrive. Come learn more about what it takes to build a biodiversity garden and about the pollinators found within them.
About the WBG-NLB Biodiversity Series
The Woodlands Botanical Garden (WBG) is Singapore's largest community garden and the only one dedicated exclusively to biodiversity. Spreading over 4000 sqm in size and spanning 9 storeys in height, it is home to a large variety of biodiversity and what used to be a barren hillside is now teeming with life, boasting more than 300 species of plants and more than 200 species of animals.
