Memories Café is a programme initiated by Dementia Singapore dedicated to engaging persons with dementia and their caregivers through performing arts. This programme features sing-along sessions, drumming, dance and movement sessions led by community artists, volunteers, and staff from Dementia Singapore. Memories Café is supported by Keppel Corporations.
About the Facilitator:
Having facilitated Memories Cafe sessions for two years, Yeong Wei is driven by a deep passion for sharing diverse dances and movements in the community. Through these sessions, his objective is to craft an hour filled with engaging activities, where participants come together to enjoy each other's company, share laughter, engage in playful interactions, and occasionally, relish moments of carefree silliness.
