1950's. During 1953 to 1970, I used to live at Brahmaputra Road. Those years were my childhood days, where I studied at Delta East Primary and Queenstown Secondary School. I also witnessed the biggest fire in Singapore history - "Bukit Ho Swee Fire". I used to see movies at either "Sky Theatre" or "Globe Theatre", which were located at Great World City. Also, the company "F&N" was opposite/across the river where I stayed. Now, everything has changed and Brahmaputra Road no longer exists.
