Abstract
A MediaCorp Arts Central programme shown over 8 episodes, which takes a refreshing look at the lives of artistes and the different genres of performing arts. In each episode, an artist take on a new arts discipline, which provides viewers with an interesting cross-disciplinary experience and appreciation of the different art forms by emphasising to viewers the precision and effort needed to cultivate good art. In this episode, we find out if the gamelan, which is the revered music of indonesia, is too much of a challenge for Terry Lee, songwriter and arranger with Urban Exchange, a hip hop group.
