This photograph shows Dr. Wu, a Penang-born physician and a Chinese man in changshan with three American Red Cross workers. The Red Cross workers were passing through Harbin on the way home from the Koltchak Siberian Expedition. This was taken in 1919. Title devised by Library staff.
