Abstract
Program done in a magazine format that attempts to bring the experience of art to an audience in a media-saturated society. Passage follows the path and development of artistes' struggles and achievements. State of the art considers events that have or are taking place in Singapore. Gallery features accomplished persons from various art forms commenting on the development of the art form in Singapore and around the world. Passage speaks to Melissa Quek, a young choreographer, who puts together all the dances in Judah Ben-hur. We also take a look at the efforts of Schools in providing theatre training and the intense world of abstract expressionism in the works of two local painters, Jimmy Quek and Mohammad Din Mohammad.
