Abstract
Recipes Retrospectives is a showcase of 33 scrumptious recipes accompanied by the life stories of 15 elderly contributors. The contributors, featured in this book, live in Housing Development Board rental flats and are clients of AMKFSC's COMNET Senior Services. They are everyday people who live among us in our community and each has an untold story waiting to be uncovered.
