New season of Art Nation which celebrates the arts, the artists and their works in Singapore. This episode features Emmanuel Stroobant, Chef of the Year 2002 Award, World Gourmet Summit and looks at what art has to do with French cooking. Also features Singapore's contemporary theatre company, Drama Box's production of 'White Songs' by artistic director, Kok Heng Leun, and Oscar winning composer, Tan Dun's performance with the Singapore Symphony Orchestra of his theatre piece, 'The Gate'.
