Information About

Keppel House is located at 11 Keppel Hill and used to house senior officials of the Singapore Harbour Board. Henry Basten moved to Singapore in 1934, where he was employed by the Singapore Harbour Board. The family evacuated from Singapore before the Japanese occupation.
