Khor Ean Ghee is a renowned watercolourist and former President of the Singapore Art Society. He worked at the Housing & Development Board (HDB) between 1969 and 1984 and designed many of the iconic playgrounds at HDB’s estates during this time. In this clip, he shares how playgrounds have changed over the years and the reasons for this change.
