This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Goh Kim Leong, Permanent Secretary for Education (1980-1987) and Director of Education at Ministry of Education (1982-1985). He was Principal Assistant Secretary for Education (1979); Director of Information for Communications and Information (1990); Permanent Secretary for Information and the Arts (1991-1995) and Law (2000); Chairman of Singapore Computer Systems (1982), Singapore Broadcasting Authority (Oct 1994-1996), Singapore Broadcasting Corporation (1994-1996) and Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (Sep 1995-Feb 2000); and Deputy Chairman of National Heritage Board (1994) and Central Provident Fund (2000-2006).
