This is a 1995 photograph showing Old Jurong Road, towards Upper Bukit Timah Road. Greenery, like trees and bushes is seen on both sides of the road. There is little traffic in the area, with only 3 cars travelling on the road. An open roadside drain is featured prominently in the picture, while the Bukit Timah Fire Station, Bukit Timah Nature Reserve and the communication towers at the TAS VHF station are seen in the background.
