This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Loke Kay Khee (陆家棋), the ninth Principal of Catholic High School from December 1993 to December 1997. He was Assistant District Commissioner of Singapore Scout Association; a teacher at Maris Stella High School; Vice-Principal of Mayflower Secondary School (1984); and Principal of Whampoa Secondary School (1985), Hua Yi Secondary School (1993), Yuying Secondary School (1998-Dec 2002), Chai Chee Secondary School (Dec 2002-).
