This is a close-up of Mr. Lee Tzu Yang (李子扬), Chairman of Shell Companies in Singapore (2000 to date). He was Member of Legal Service Commission (Nov 2007 to date) and Board of Trustees of National University of Singapore (Nov 2004-Apr 2010); and Chairman of Singapore International Chamber of Commerce (May 2007-May 2009). He was awarded the Public Service Star in 2005. His father, Mr. Lee Siow Mong, was the first Honorary Secretary (1949-1950) and later the second President of China Society, Singapore (1950-1989).
