This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Professor Shih Choon Fong (施春风), President of the National University of Singapore from 2000 to November 2008. He was also the Director of the Institute of Materials Research and Engineering (1996-1999) and Deputy Vice-Chancellor (1997-2000) of NUS; and the founding President of the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (Dec 2008-to date).
