This is the façade of the 16-storey Manhattan House, an office and shopping complex, at 151, Chin Swee Road. The project, developed by Boon Ann Properties Company (Private) Limited and completed in 1976, was part of the second Sale of Urban Renewal Sites for private development under the Urban Renewal Programme.
