This is a photograph of Mr. Ho Kah Leong (dark suit), Parliamentary Secretary for Ministry of Education, arriving at the officially opening of Ai Tong School at Ang Mo Kio Avenue 3. He is received by Mr. Ting Beng Chin, principal of the school. On the left is Mr. Wee Cho Yaw, then President of Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan (新加坡福建会馆). Ai Tong School (爱同学校) was established by the Hokkien Huay Kuan in 1912. Title devised by Library staff.
