This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Thomas Ong Xian Wei, Principal of Bedok North Secondary School from 1994 to 2000. He was Vice-Principal of Pei Dao Secondary School (1990); Principal of Commonwealth Secondary School (1990-1993); and Vice-Chairman of Hong Kah East Community Centre Management Committee (1998). He was conferred the Public Service Medal by the Government in 1998. Title devised by Library staff.
