This is panoramic view of multi-storey Housing Development Board (HDB) flats in Queenstown Neighbourhood Three. On the left - Blocks 96 to 114 along Commonwealth Crescent, surrounding the Commonwealth Crescent Market (formerly "Queenstown III Market"). In the centre - three blocks of 16-storey HDB flats (Blocks 81, 82 and 83) and Blocks 84 to 95, bounded by Commonwealth Drive and Commonwealth Close. The lower structures on the right, along Commonwealth Drive - Permaisura Primary School and New Town Primary School. The main road on the extreme right is Commonwealth Avenue, leading towards the roundabout known as Queen's Circus. Facing Queen's Circus, at the corner of Commonwealth Avenue and Queensway is New Town Secondary School. Title devised by Library staff.
