This is the concrete façade of Kallang Theatre located in Kallang Park. Constructed in 1978 as a cinema, it was acquired by the government in 1981 and reopened as a venue for performing arts in 1986. In August 2011, the theatre was reopened under a new management after a four-year closure. Title devised by Library staff.
