This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Richard Lim Chew Hiong, Principal of Xinghua Primary School (醒华小学) from July 1994 to 1997. He was Principal of Henry Park Primary School (Dec 1997-Dec 2004) and Anglo-Chinese School (Primary) (Jan 2005-to date). He was conferred the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2009.
