This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Elias Philips Pereira, founder and Director of Stamford College (1950-1980). He was founder of CYMA School of Commerce (1950); and President of Singapore Indian Association (1968-1970). His son, Eric Elias Pereira became Chairman and CEO of the Stamford College Group (1980-1995). Title devised by Library staff.
