This photograph shows a street view of the 40-storey UIC Building along Shenton Way. It features the podium which displays the name of the building in the centre, as well as the tower block which was completed later. By January 1974, corporate tenants including banks have moved into the tower block of the building. The building is among the first skyscrapers to shape the Singapore skyline.
