This is a facade of the ten-storey Thong Chai Medical Institution building at 52, Chin Swee Road. It was declared open by Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew, on 28 November 1976. The building houses the outpatient clinic, library, exhibition room, and hall on the first to third storeys, and offices on the fourth to tenth storeys. Title devised by Library staff.
