This is head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Charles Chong You Fook (张有福), People's Action Party Member of Parliament for Pasir Ris GRC, who served from January 1997 to October 2001. He was a former student at St. Michael's School (1960-1966) and St. Joseph's Institution (1967-1972); President (1985-1986) and General Secretary of Singapore Airlines Staff Union (Jan 1987-Jan 1988); Chairman of National Police Cadet Corps Council (2002-2010); Member of Parliament for Sembawang GRC (Sep 1988-Aug 1991), Eunos GRC (Aug 1991-Dec 1996) and Pasir Ris-Punggol GRC (Oct 2001-Apr 2011).
