Façade of the 12-storey of Ministry of Education building at Kay Siang Road. It was completed in 1968. In September 2000, the Ministry was relocated to a new 24-storey building at North Buona Vista Drive, after Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) earmarked Kay Siang Road as a site for residential and commercial development. The premises used to be occupied by Republic Polytechnic, University of New South Wales Asia and the Youth Olympic Games organizing committee. Its current occupant is New York University Tisch School of the Arts Asia. Title devised by Library staff.
