This is a view of Seh Chuan High School at Jalan Seh Chuan, off Jalan Jurong Kechil. The school was established in 1925 as Tuan Cheng Public School (端正学校). The school was renamed "Seh Chuan School" in 1933. When secondary classes were added, the school became Seh Chuan High School in 1958. In April 1983, it became a government school and was renamed "Shuqun Secondary School". The school was relocated to 450, Jurong East Street 21, in March 1985. It was declared open by Mrs. Yu-Foo Yee Shoon, Member of Parliament for Yuhua, on 17 July 1987. In April 1984, Shuqun Primary School (树群小学) was established as a separate school. In June 1986, the primary school was relocated to 8, Jurong West Street 51. Title devised by Library staff.
