This is a façade of the three-storey building of Siu Heng Wui Kun (肇庆会馆) at 39A, Lorong 4 Geylang. The association, established in 1879 by Cantonese immigrants from Guangdong province, was first located at Upper Pickering Street. Title devised by Library staff.
