This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. T.T. Durai, Member of Kampong Glam Citizens' Consultative Committee (1977-1979). He was Member of Pasir Panjang Community Centre Management Committee (1976); and Honorary Secretary (1990) and later Chief Executive Officer of National Kidney Foundation Singapore (1992-2005). He resigned from the Foundation in July 2005 and faced charges for corruption. He was awarded the National Youth Service Award for Community Service in 1976. Title devised by Library staff.
