This 1967 photograph shows Lau Pa Sat (meaning Old Market in Chinese). A clock tower is featured in the middle of the octagonal shaped building. Lorries can be seen parked in front of the building. Lau Pa Sat was formerly the Telok Ayer Market. Title devised by Library staff.
