This is a head-and-shoulders portrait of Miss Tan Leng Neo, student, teacher, Senior Assistant and later Principal of Raffles Girls' Secondary School from 1977 to 1979. She was teacher at Gan Eng Seng School (1954-1955); Principal of Bukit Ho Swee Secondary School and Crescent Girls' School (1969-1976); and Assistant Director of Social Education at Ministry of Education (1979-1980). She was also conferred the Long Service Medal in 1978. Title devised by Library staff.
