This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Madam Fong Yuet Kwai (冯月桂), teacher at Nan Hwa Girls' Primary School (南华女子小学) (Jan 1961-1980) and later Principal of Nan Hua Primary School from 1981 to 2003. She was conferred the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 1996. Title devised by Library staff.
