This is a façade of the 22-storey NPB Building, headquarters of the National Productivity Board at 2 Bukit Merah Central since November 1986. It has 28 lecture rooms, a resource library, a cafeteria, and an auditorium. Later, the building was known as the PSB Corporation Science Park Building, and subsequently the Spring Singapore Building. In April 1996, NPB and the Singapore Institute of Standards and Industrial Research or SISIR merged to form the Singapore Productivity and Standards Board (PSB). Title devised by Library staff.
