This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Dr. Lau Teik Soon, People's Action Party Member of Parliament for Serangoon Gardens (1976-1991) and Thomson GRC (Serangoon Gardens) (1991-1996). He was Associate Professor of Department of Political Science at the National University of Singapore; and Member of the Advisory Committee of the Institute of Policy Studies (Oct 1990-Dec 1996).
