This is close-up of Dr. Baratham Ramaswamy Sreenivasan, Vice-Chancellor of University of Singapore from 1962 to 1964. He was the first President of College of General Practitioners in 1971 (now College of Family Physicians), and one of the founding members of Singapore Anti-Tuberculosis Association or SATA.
