This 2010 photograph shows the Kwan Im Thong Hood Choo Temple at 178 Waterloo Street. Mobile kiosk retailers that sell flowers and joss sticks can be seen in the area outside the temple. The temple was built in 1884 and is very popular among the devotees of Guan Yin (Goddess of Mercy), the main deity of the temple. Title devised by Library staff.
