This is a front façade of the 4-storey Wisma AUPE, headquarters of the Amalgamated Union of Public Employees at 295 Upper Paya Lebar Road. The foundation stone of the building was laid by Mr. Othman Wok, Minister for Social Affairs, on 28 September 1969. Prime Minister, Mr. Lee Kuan Yew officially declared it open on 2 April 1972.
