This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Francis Seah Mui Kok (b.1923-d.1998), People's Action Party Member of Parliament for Bukit Ho Swee from 1968 to 1984. He was Secretary-General of National Trades Union Congress or NTUC (May 1967-1970); General Secretary of Shell Employees' Union (1955) and United Workers of Petroleum Industry (1961-1978); and Member of Board of Directors of NTUC COMFORT (Nov 1970-Aug 1977).
