This is the brown façade of Liang Court at River Valley Road. Completed in 1985, it has a podium that houses food and retail outlets, the 25-storey Hotel New Otani (left, now known as "Novotel Clarke Quay Singapore") and the 26-storey Liang Court Regency serviced apartment (now known as "Somerset Liang Court serviced apartment").
