This is a head-and-shoulder portrait of Mr. Tan Kin Lian, General Manager (1977-1994) and later, Chief Executive Officer (1994-2007) of the National Trades Union Congress Co-operative Insurance Commonwealth Enterprise Limited (NTUC INCOME).
