BG (NS) George Yeo and his family are greeted by Singa (meaning "lion"), the Courtesy mascot, at the opening of the 1998 National Courtesy Campaign in the auditorium of Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre (SUNTEC). The inaugural National Courtesy Campaign was launched in 1979 by Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew at the Singapore Conference Hall. Title devised by Library staff.
