This is a photograph of Mr. Yap Koon Chan (叶昆灿) seating in his office. He was Principal of Catholic High School (公敎中学) from 1974 to 1983. He was a teacher at Chung Cheng High School (1960-1970); Secretary-General of Singapore Chinese Middle School Teachers' Union (1967-1981); and Vice-President (1981-1982) and President of Singapore Literature Society (1991-to date). He is also a prolific writer. One of his pen names is Luo Ming (骆明). Title devised by Library staff.
