Conflict of laws in Malaysia / R.H. Hickling, Wu Min Aun

Information About

Conflict of laws is a subject that has evolved to resolve some of the problems created by differences in legal systems. The book shows how variations in national views of the law caused problems in many areas, particularly in marriage, divorce and international trade. The authors looked at the subject from a purely Malaysian perspective, and indicated those areas in which Malaysian law differs although there is no escaping the heavy reliance on English principles.
