The Construction 21 Steering Committee had set out to transform the construction industry into a professional, productive and progressive contributor to the economy. Its recommendations will serve to tackle the immediate issues at hand, whilst also laying the foundations for astable and prospering industry in the longer term. This book provides an overview of the Construction 21 (C21)Study and the six strategic thrusts adopted by the C21 Committee.
